Hey, I just wanted to update everybody on my trip to Mayo. I will be going on Mar. 25. I will update this after I get back as I don't know much right now.
How is everybody else doing? I was just curious as I have been thinking and praying for you all.

Welcome to Gluten Free Nebraska
The goal of the Gluten Free Nebraska Blog is to provide a place for people with Diabetes or Celiac Disease to meet and communicate their struggles or what is helping them. This blog has been set up to allow the people in our email group an easier way to converse with one another. The teacher I work with brought me her latest Healthy Cooking from Taste of Home and they had a page of GF recipes in there. Very exciting! I went to their website and checked out their forum. Interesting. That lead me to another forum that was very informational. If you go to www.delphiforums.com, click on Health and Wellness and then celiac forum. Good stuff.
