Taco Bell

My husband and I were craving Taco Bell tonight and since we are going to be in Lincoln tomorrow, decided to see if we could eat there. I LOVED their website. Very informative and they understand the difference between allergy and intolerance.

They have four suggestions from their menu for gluten-free diets.You can choose from a tostada, a couple of salads or bowls. They go through each one to let you know any changes you need to make, like asking for no sauce or no red strips. The disappoint is that their beef does have gluten in the form of barley and oats, so you have to stick with chicken. I don't mind, but I could see A. minding.

We might try it tomorrow. We are picking him up from diabetic camp and then going to buy groceries.
